upon receipt i tried with water, coffee, tea and red wine...initially it was relatively indistinct with water. perhaps i was impatient and didn't allow enough time. most satisfying was the improvement with $12.99 bottle of red wine. within minutes in transformed in to very palatable smooth tasting experience.

I bought this because I was intrigued and curious. I told my boyfriend about it and he was skeptical. When we put it to the test with a bottle of wine from our wine fridge, we really didn’t know what to expect. We had 2 wine glasses each. He opened the bottle & poured the wine. We took a sip of the glasses not the BOCE cards and then the wine on the BOCE cards. There was a huge difference. The scent of the wine was very pleasant, the harshness, astringent & bitter flavor of the wine was gone. It was smooth & velvety. My boyfriend was having a difficult time trying to understand it. Absolutely Love Love Love This! I saw all they hype about how it makes wine and spirits taste better but I wanted to see how it would affect my morning coffee. Especially because I use a Hydro Flask. I have only used the card coasters a few times, but they work as good as the original round coasters. I would suggest having both. I like the convenience of the card coaster for on the go. I hope BOCÉ decides to create a cute carrying case for them. Currently I am using one of my vintage Coach compact disc holders to keep them (the original round style & card style) in. They are pretty durable, but I am crazy about preserving things I love and I LOVE these coasters. Super fun way to lighten the mood and start the shenanigans. Soon they will be a household name.
